Mediators
Mediation uses an impartial third party to facilitate communication between disputing parties. Mediation is used often in litigation to resolve issues without surrendering control to a judge or jury; it can also be a proactive step for disputing parties who wish to attempt to reach a resolution before suit is filed. Whether the mediation reaches an agreement depends solely upon the disputing parties and their willingness to communicate and compromise.
